Capper monoblock - Chuckcap
AMSY offers a wide capper selection allowing you you to pick the right capper for your application. We offer manual, semi or fully automatic cappers up to 250 bottles per minute (BPM). We can handle caps from 10 mm to 110 mm in diameter without any part changes and snap-on caps can also be handled by our machinery. Combining the capper with our induction sealer is the perfect combination for many food or pharmaceutical applications.
Capper Models
Captight 2
This model is a two station cap tightening solution, perfect after an induction sealer. The speed of the machine's various components are conrolled by frequency regulators allowing maximized adjustability of the tightening process. The machinery includes stainless steel frame with Euro guarding and safety interlocs.
Caproll 4
Caproll 4 is a four station spindle capper. It works with many cap types and geometries, and is easy to use. Because of smart design Caproll 4 allows easy change-over, and easy access to all the main units. It can be used with single or double gripper belts for different size bottles. This machinery uses direct drive for all functional units. Caproll 4 operates very quitely and one of the most popular capper in the industry.
Capsnap 3
This is our high speed snap capper. We offer this machinery in both semi and fully automatic versions. It features continuously variable speed control for all functional units of the capper and operates at very low noise level. Capsnap 3 comes with our Euro guarding system with safety interlocs.
Snaproll 4
Snaproll 4 is a dual system machinery with the ability to handle both screw-on and snap-on type caps. It is excellent for companies using wide range of bottle and cap sizes. This combination capper is very flexible in design, and is easy to adjust to various size caps without any change of parts. It can run at speeds up to 250 BPM. Snaproll 4 comes with our Euro guarding with safety interlocs. For higher customization to fit your needs we offer both right and left hand side models.
Squeezer
Squeezer is our heavy duty semi automatic capper robot. The main parameters of this machine are adjustable on an easy to use a touch screen control panel. The speeds of the functional units are preset by the computer. All mechanical adjustments can be programmed. After setting up the machine you just simply select the bottle and the cap, and the machine will perform the change-over automatically. This dramatically reduces the time to change-over allowing your staff to perform other tasks in your plant.
