MAISA AC 8 Automatic Cartoner
The AC 8 Cartoner has been designed to complete the cartoning process of the MAISA EC 12 Series packers. This equipment builds and glues the boxes starting from a cardboard plate that was previously printed and cut. It locates the boxes on the packer and after they get filled with tea bags, it recovers them for the final closing. The AC 8 can produce 12 boxes per minute.Main advantages:
- Less expensive box: the cardboard printing is optimized and the pre-forming (deforming) of the boxes with gluing is avoided;
- More economic packing: performs the operations which are currently done by hand, diminishing significantly the labour costs. Besides, with the addition of this equipment one operator can supervise the functioning of up to 3 packer-cartoner systems;
- Mechanical sturdyness: completely mechanical system;
- Easy operation: easy setup, simple change of formats and adjustment;
- Prepares all the carton formats used with MAISA EC 12 Series Packers;

C 97 Automatic Case Packing Machine
The C 97 provides safe, accurate and easy to adjust case packing in a very compact size. It is suitable to load single cartons, bundles, soaps, flow-packs, squeezable tubes etc., into carton cases.The case can be closed by either a self-adhesive tape or hot-melt glue. The equipment magazine loading is horizontal for easier loading. A mechanical device then pushes the cartons towards the equipment's suction cups. The C97 machine is controlled by an LCD display PLC.
