Tea Bagging Accessory Descriptions
- Humidity Chamber - this is an optional equipment for the EC 12/B and EC 12/B AUTO models. Its purpose it to provide the proper humidity levels for the filter paper and ensure the correct sealing.
- EU Safety Guards - this used to be optional on our equipment, but now it is standard acoross the whole product range. This guarding protects the system as well as the operator during the packing process.
- Safety Control - automatically stops the machinery when it detects shortage in the packing materials. It saves you cost with materials and in time.
- Auger Filler - created to pack difficult to dosify infusions (like coffee). It is easy to add to any of the EC 12 Series models. It dosifies up to 8 cm3 of product, changeable according to the amount of the infusion. Its position is adjusted by means of an electronic counter.
- Herb Stirrer - it is mainly used with aromatic herbs and other difficult to pack products.
- Separator Loader - it places a carton separator between the two tea bag lines in a double row box.
- AC 8 Automatic Cartoner - this equipment has been designed specifically for the EC 12 and EC 12/B AUTO models to complete the cartoning process. The machine works with previously printed and cut cardboard plates. It foldes, glues and fills the boxes, then closes and delivers them.
- Carton Wrapping Machine - the RX 20 carton wrapping machine is economical, efficient, versatile and very simple to operate. It was designed to wrap the boxes in heat-sealable material.
